Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 business days unless item is on backorder from the manufacturer. Every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock at all times however orders > 30 items will require 1 additional week for shipping.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for shipping is based on tiers. These tiers are associated with specific dollar thresholds as follows:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in the package a copy of the original invoice.
Some items cannot be returned if they show signs of negligence or extreme wear.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different color.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
